As Greg D and others have said, the safety factors are logarithmic with increases in octane. If your car is on the edge of safety (i.e. 20psi on 93 octane, assuming 15 base timing) - what happens on a hot day, or that day you get shi**y gas? *boom* Can you obtain/borrow a wideband O2 sensor (Horiba) and do some real pulls on the street? You have a nice Z, don't blow it up trying to squeeze out 30 more HP. You could always run a mixture of 100 octane and 93 if you really want the added everyday power. SS
